Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

- Preferred Background: Big 4 firm exposure or experience in listed company setups
- Technical Skills: Expertise in IND-AS, consolidation, statutory compliance, and IPO readiness
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical ability, and excellent stakeholder management
