Roles & Responsibilities
The Company Secretary will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the organization remains compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing statutory and regulatory compliance under the Companies Act, SEBI (if applicable), and other relevant laws.
- Preparing, recording, and maintaining minutes of Board and Committee meetings, ensuring timely circulation and proper documentation.

- Filing mandatory e-forms, annual returns, and other statutory documents with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and other regulatory authorities.

- Managing share transfers, corporate secretarial processes, and liaising with registrars/RTAs (if applicable).
- Supporting internal compliance audits and assisting in the development and implementation of compliance frameworks and policies.
