Roles & Responsibilities
The Associate Finance will be a core member of the finance function and will partner closely with accounting, tax, audit, treasury and business teams. Typical responsibilities include:
- Manage month-end and quarter-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations and ledger reviews.
- Prepare, analyze and present financial statements, variance reports and management dashboards to stakeholders.
- Support statutory, tax and internal audits by preparing required schedules, explanations and remediation actions.
- Ensure compliance with IND AS / IFRS and internal accounting policies; implement control checks and documentation.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and periodic business reviews; provide actionable insights for cost optimization.
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
- Coordinate cross-functional accounting activities — fixed assets, revenue recognition, intercompany reconciliations, and accruals.
- Handle ad-hoc financial analysis, due diligence support and special projects as requested by senior management.
Eligibility Criteria
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate technical competence, ethical standards, and collaborative mindset:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA finalists with strong academic records.
- Relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit, taxation, or finance operations is a plus.
