Roles & Responsibilities
As part of Deloitte’s finance and reporting team, selected candidates will be responsible for analytical, reporting, and accounting functions. This role goes beyond traditional accounting — it is designed to help candidates gain real-time industry exposure and functional expertise.
- Prepare structured MIS reports including revenue analysis, expense tracking, KPI measurement, and operational metrics reporting.
- Assist in preparing statutory and internal financial statements aligned with applicable accounting frameworks such as Ind-AS, IFRS, or GAAP (where relevant).
- Review existing financial workflows and recommend improvements for accuracy, standardization, and automation.
- Support internal audit requirements with proper documentation and reconciliations to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Analyze financial trends and contribute insights for management decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — finance, audit, consulting, and reporting specialists — to deliver seamless results.

Eligibility Criteria
