Roles & Responsibilities
This role will involve hands-on work across the RTR cycle and close collaboration with the accounting and reporting teams. Typical responsibilities include:
- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries and ledger maintenance.
- Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities ensuring timelines are met.
- Perform account reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer, intercompany) and investigate variances.
- Prepare and maintain schedules for balance sheet accounts and support statutory & internal audits.
- Help prepare financial statements and management reports under supervision.
- Document processes and contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (tax, treasury, operations) for data and validations.
Eligibility Criteria
- CA Qualified OR CA Intern (actively pursuing CA final/Inter with relevant knowledge).
- Strong fundamentals in accounting standards, journal entries, and reconciliation techniques.
