Roles & Responsibilities

Associate – Investments

• Support end-to-end deal processes including sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence, and term sheet execution.
• Conduct deep market research and competitive mapping across sectors like PropTech, sustainability, mobility, AI, and energy innovation.
• Build and maintain financial models, valuation frameworks, and investor presentations.
• Work with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives, fundraising, and growth planning.
• Track industry trends, monitor KPIs, and prepare periodic investment reports for internal and LP review.

Associate – Fundraising & Investor Relations

• Support the senior leadership in LP (Limited Partner) outreach, fundraising operations, and pipeline management.
• Prepare investor communication materials such as pitch decks, due diligence questionnaires, fund reports, and newsletters.
• Assist with fundraising data management, CRM maintenance, and documentation tracking.
• Coordinate investor events, webinars, and partner meetings to deepen relationships with global and domestic investors.
• Analyze and communicate fund performance metrics and market positioning effectively.

Subject Matter Experts (AI, Energy Transition, Robotics)

• Provide domain insights and technical validation for Gruhas’s investment pipeline in AI, robotics, and clean energy sectors.
• Evaluate startup technologies, conduct technical due diligence, and support investment thesis development.
• Collaborate with portfolio companies to guide product strategy, scalability, and R&D decisions.
• Participate in ecosystem outreach—conferences, panels, and collaborative research efforts.
• Act as a strategic advisor, helping shape Gruhas’s long-term roadmap in deep technology investments.

Eligibility Criteria

We are seeking highly motivated, analytical, and passionate individuals who can contribute meaningfully to our mission. Ideal candidates will possess:

• For Associate roles: 2–6 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or strategic roles in high-growth startups.
• For Subject Matter Experts: 5+ years of experience in AI, robotics, or energy domains (research, engineering, or leadership).
• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and investment research tools.
• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities—able to simplify complexity and communicate with confidence.
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Technology-related disciplines. CFA, CA, or MBA is an added advantage.
• Intellectual curiosity, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
