Roles & Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager in Core Audit you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing statutory and financial audits. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Leading audit engagements: from scoping and planning to fieldwork and finalization.
- Performing risk assessments, designing audit programs, and executing substantive and control testing.
- Reviewing and preparing high-quality working papers and financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and applicable regulatory frameworks.
- Interacting with clients to understand business processes, gather information, and discuss findings professionally.
- Mentoring and supervising junior auditors — providing on-the-job training and conducting review cycles to ensure quality delivery.
- Ensuring audit timelines are met, deliverables are accurate, and audit documentation adheres to firm quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in statutory or financial audits.

- Strong understanding of accounting standards (Ind AS/IGAAP/IFRS) and auditing standards, including recent updates and practical application.
